HTC posted up a countdown timer onto their Facebook page which says they will be unveiling “big things” at MWC in about five days, sparking rumors that HTC may finally reveal their Android Honeycomb tablet, as well as a successor to the Desire and Wildfire.
We heard rumors back in September that HTC was working on an Android 3.0 tablet that was slated for a release in Q1 2011, so HTC's revealing of their tablet at MWC would fit into that rumored timeline very well.
In addition, one of the handsets (the left-most) pictured in this blog post from late January has been pictured in the wild recently and has been dubbed the Desire 2 by some. The leaks make this phone a likely candidate for revealing by HTC at this event.
Engadget also pointed out a YouTube video from HTC that seems to show off some unannounced HTC hardware, which appears to begin by revealing the successor to the HTC Wildfire, which we will dub as the Wildfire 2 until a better possibility appears.
