[Video] First Look At HTC Sense 3.5

Aaron Tilton

First look HTC Sense 3.5 User Interface

HTC keeps tinkering on their in-house user interface, Sense. In the new version of the software, it looks like you'll be able to add homescreens to the zoom out function, cycle back and forth through weather animations and add widgets to the side of your screen. Other than that, though, it looks like the same UI as before.

If you want to get a peak at many of the new features gracing HTC devices in the near future, then check out this video from Japanese TV. It displays many of the changes HTC has packed into Sense version 3.5, which we're hoping to bring to you live from the IFA later this week.

Cool! What are the differences, specifically, between this UI and the old one? It looks like the weather app is the same, as is HTC Watch, and the homescreens as well.

Yeah, just the homescreen zoomout function has been tinkered with, and you can add widgets to the side of the screen. Hmmm...HTC isn't working hard enough on these new UIs, I think! This is some lazy "developing."
