TSF Shell Pro– Best Android Launcher Ever?

Aaron Tilton

Customisation has always been of the main selling points of the Android OS and developers have been happy to give users what they want: Custom launchers that help Android fans make their user experience as unique as they are. But despite the sheer diversity of launchers like Launcher Pro, ADW Launcher or GO Launcher Ex, most developers can't seem to devoice themselves from the basic homescreen+widgets+app drawer combo that we all know and love.

But the developers of TSF Shell Pro is daring to go where few have gone before. Their new launcher concept isn't just a new skin for the standard Android launcher; TSF Shell Pro turns the entire concept of the Android launcher and turns it on its head.

I could go into a lengthy description of just how cool the new TSF Shell Pro is but as pictures are worth a 1000 words then a 8 minute and 39 second demo video should be worth around 12 million words. Just ignore the music.

Cool, no? If TSF Shell Pro seems familiar to you, that's because we first reported on it last year. But it's been all quite on the launcher front since our fist report back in December. But thankfully, the TSF Shell Pro developer blog recently brushed off the cob webs of 2011 and got with the updating:

The official version of TSF Shell, with more customized features,is set to release in Febuary on the ANDROID MARKET. Please be there and share our joy in the new born TSF Shell!

Wait.... February... Doesn't that end today? Hopefully, the developers can stick to their release time schedule because I got me's a new phone coming this week and I want to give TSF Shell Pro a try!
