Zur Fußball WM 2006 hat Zattoo in der Schweiz das erste gratis Live-TV auf den PC gebracht. Seit dem steht Zattoo für die Verbreitung von linearem Live-TV über IP-Technologie.

Zattoo ermöglicht es der Generation Internet Live TV unabhängig vom TV-Gerät im Wohnzimmer zu schauen.
