Description

Die WEB.DE GmbH bietet Nachrichtendienste, Freemail sowie einige kostenpflichtige Webdienste an und vermarktet Internetzugänge. Das Portal wurde am 18. Mai 2005 für ca. 330 Mio. Euro übernommen. Die bisherige WEB.DE AG firmierte seit der Übernahme des Portals durch die United Internet AG am 31. Oktober 2005 als ComBOTS AG und wurde am 6. Mai 2008 in Kizoo AG umbenannt. Die Internetzugänge werden wie bei gmx von 1&1 gestellt, jedoch ist auch hier kein Wechsel in die 1&1 Tarife möglich.
