As far as I know 2.1 is released. But it depends on what device. After release, not every handset will get an update.

Thanks for the information... I am a hero owner, and correct me if I am wrong this is the hero section of the forum and as soon as I know hero is getting the update according to HTC Corp.
I was just wondering if anybody can guess the exact date ¦) |

Hi Julie,
Where are you located? It always depends on how long it takes for carriers to catch on... And I've heard that - for e.g. - in the UK that might be anytime between mid-to-late 2010. |

I am in the uk on Vodaphone and getting bored with the wait!1 I believe we can only hope for 2.0 as 2.1 can not be supported on the Magic handset. |
