Heyy i have t - mobile g2 whit 1.5 rom (Eclair), my phone is so laggy i cant takeit anymore. Please help me and give me instructions how to root my phone whit good custom Rom.

Where have you looked so far? Are you looking for an Android 2.1 ROM? Look up Cyanogen on google and see if you can find some walkthroughs

This guy's YouTube may be a good place to start. Let me know how much you know, and then maybe we can help get you on you way.

This might be helpful too.

I've never done a root and wipe before, so I can only point you on to those more experienced right now. Someone more experienced is welcome to chime in.
