Jus curious as to which app would be recommended to use for msn & facebook chat.... Any ideas????

Currently that is not possible, but maybe later in the future.

For now, I'll quote Sebastian P. from an earlier post:

This site does not provide apps. There are just shown links to the apps in the Android Market.
If you have a barcode reader on your phone you can scan the code shown on the app page and you are redirected to the app in the market.

if you are surfing with your phone you can click on "market link" and the market should show up.

Hey....

If I go directly from my phone to the market, do i still need to download this Barcode scanner?? I have tried to go on the market but it keeps askin me to create a google account..... Is there no way i can just use my hotmail account??

If you go to the market from your phone, you don't need the barcode scanner. The barcode scanner will do the same thing (it opens a link to the app in the market) so it's just another way to read the link. It's useful if you find an app online or somewhere with a barcode, you can use it to open a link to the app in the market instead of searching for it. I don't know if there is a way to access the market without a google account, but I would just go ahead and create one. It's free and comes with email, calendar, and such.
