Just got my hands on swype and am practicing.

Love this forum. most Online forums are unusable on a phone.

Glad to hear you are enjoying the forums! I'm sure having the EVO makes typing fairly easy, with that huge screen.

My fingers are bit too large for it, but swype makes it pretty easy too type fast.

Hah, I know, it's the biggest keyboard out there. I'm just not used to the onscreen thing.

I highly recommend swype to those having trouble with the onscreen keys. You barely have to hit the right keys and it almost always knows what you mean.

ok, so whats swype? Im not seeing it in the market.

swype is a new way of typing by basically sliding your fingers through all the letters of the word your trying to spell without lifting the finger and the texts come out perfect...what sucks for me is it doesn't work on my phone...its not in the market but u can prolly find it on Google if u look for it

Swype was available for a long time on the Market, and some phones even come with it pre-installed, but I think that it is now unavailable for download, but I am not sure. Take a look around and let us know what you find.

I believe the open beta is over for Swype.. we might be seeing the availibility of it soon in a paid version.
