There is an app called Farm Frenzy that is a lot like Farmville.

Does the one on the iPhone link to the actual Farmville you use on Facebook?

Take a look at this article:

They think that Farmville is not very far away from a release for Android. Also, Flash 10.1 should allow you to play Farmville, so if your handset will be getting Android 2.2 soon, it should work with Farmville.
