Getting fed up now!

Ok, I've had issues with the FM radio locking up, now I have received a software upgrade and now the SD card seems to unmount itself! Arhhhh

All I have to do is turn off the phone and restart, but at some point it un-mounts, and I usually notice it when I try to take a picture and I get an error message, or I try to view my pictures and I just get a blank grey icon.

Anyone getting the same issue?

Firmware Update 2.1-update1
Baseband version 32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2
Kernel version 2.6.29-Ocb9f166
Build Number 1.21.405.2 CL174215
Software number 1.21.405.2
Browser version Webkit 3.1

Apple 3Gs is now a real possibility!!!!

You might want to run a scan on your SD card to ensure there isn't any problem with the card itself.

If you a card reader and can remove the SD card from your phone to perform the scan even better...

otherwise use USB cable, Mount via PC, the run Scan that way.

What country do you live in? Europe should be seeing the Android 2.2 update to the Desire this week, so once that gets out, that may solve your problem (or it may not.)

If justJay's suggestion results in finding a corrupt microSD card, then you should back up what data you can and reformat it, then see how it does.
