my phone does not notifies me when I get an email..
my notifications setting are right I set them so I can be notified.
I have to refresh it every time.
and when I send and email it doesn't send it unless I refresh it.
does anyone know what I can do.??

Which eMail app are you referring to?

gMail or the HTC eMail app?

gMail app uses the phones main "google" sync but the HTC eMail app has its own download frequency settings within the eMail program.

Make sure its not set to "Manual"... Also make sure "Email notifications" are ON.

Also if you are using a task killer app; make sure that's not the problem.
