Volumen de las llamadas

Tengo un Samsung galaxy S desde hace una semana y estoy encantada. va de maravilla. El único problema es el volumen de las llamadas, no del tono, sino el de la voz de la persona que habla. A pesar de tener el volumen al máximo se oye bajísimo. No sé si tengo algo mal configurado o hay algo mal en el teléfono, ya que tengo seleccionados todos los tonos al máximo. Alguien me podría ayudar? Muchas gracias.

From what I understand, you have a Galaxy S and the volume of the telephone call, not the ringtone. If that is true, you can adjust the call volume during the call, and possibly in the "sound and display" section in the settings menu.
