Why is the Amazon MP3 app forced to be on my N1, and why does it insist on always running even though I don't use it?

If you go to the Android Market and download the "Amazon MP3" update it will disable it from auto-starting all the time...
With the update.. App no longer restarts in background unless there are unfinished downloads and "Monitor Connections" is on.. So open app.. go to settings and un-check the "Monitor Connections" box.
