I guess this where i introduce my self, just did that. I just got my new phone (my touch 3G, HTC) this android operating system is just incredible and i am very impressed with this phone and all it can do, only had it about a week to 10 days enough rambling. As justJay said, welcome to AndroidPIT Kevin! Your myTouch 3G may be getting Android 2.1 or Android 2.2 sometime in the future, but I'm not exactly sure on that anymore. I remember that T-Mobile said they weren't leaving any Android phones behind in regards to the update, but they did leave the G1 behind, so who knows. Did you buy the myTouch 3G in a store, or from an individual?
