AT&T Update

If I go to Settings>Software Update and click OK on the Software update page, I always get a message saying there is trouble connecting with the server. Is this normal for AT&T or should I contact them to find out why my phone can not connect to their server?

Is your phone's data connection on and/or are you connected to a Wi-Fi network? The method you describe seems to work for some people in order to update their phones, but others say that using Samsung Kies to check for updates is the only way to get it working for them. I'd read this thread if I were you.
