It looks very nostalgic, yet fun. I'll give it a try later today. Have you thought about signing up as a developer on AndroidPIT and uploading your app into the AndroidPIT app database/App Center. It can then be distributed to other Android devices using our App Center App.

Somehow it looks better than I remember. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Good to hear you've uploaded it to AndroidPIT, however, I can't seem to find you app on the Android Market. Searching for "river raid" only turns up three results, and none of them appear to be your game.
Edit: Okay, I have found it, but hte app is called RiverRaider or RiverLite

The screenshots are actually the Android version, whereas the Youtube video (which I have posted here before ) is the Nokia / Blackberry version which looks slightely different.
