Ipass error: open Mobile profile configuration not found

Hi all,
i'm new user of this forum, and a few days a i'm using a phon with andoid system.

I try to install ipass app but after instalation and execution it i have this error: "open Mobile profile configuration not found" when i click on ok button ipass close.

you have any suggestion?

For me this app is very important because i must use for my work.

in the app description, it says "user must be provisioned with an iPass account for the service to function." Do you have an iPass account that someone set up for you? If not, then the app won't work.
