i updated my phone on kies and now it wont let me sync my contacts with my facebook contacts like i had before the update can anyone help would be much appreciated. and i also deleted facebook s aswell how do i get it back ?

What update did you install on the phone? How are you trying to sync the contacts? Through Facebook itself?

im not sure what the update was it was thru kies under firmware upgrade. im trying to do it thru phonebook contacts like i did when i first got the phone

Using the official Facebook app, go to the main page/menu and then hit the menu button. From there go to "settings" and at the bottom, check "sync contacts." Let me know if that doesn't work for you.
