Can you tell me what the name of the app market which is installed on your phone, and what country you live in? Some devices are not allowed to be sold with the official Android Market for many reasons, one of them being that a country's government does not agree with how Google's Android Market works.

Your tablet does not come with an official version of the Android Market because the company that makes the A-RIVAL did not have permission from Google to install the Android Market on the A-RIVAL. For a device to be approved for the Android Market, it has to meet certain requirements set by Google.
If you want the official Android Market, you have to root the device and find/install a custom ROM with a working version of the Android Market included.

Alternatively, you can try downloading our AndroidPIT App Center, which has a good selection of apps and games. Make sure. your tablet allows installation from unknown sources to do so. Please let me know if that works for you.

There is no black market download on this site.
However, the AndroidPIT App Center can be downloaded here. You can use it to download apps from developers who have uploaded their apps onto our app database, but it is not a "black markt" by any means.
