What seems to be the problem? Is Borders eBooks not showing up on the market when you search for it? What Android version are you running? The app should be available to anyone running Android OS 2.0 and higher.

Your device does not have the official Android Market installed (on purpose). Go to the Android App Client app and from there you can look around to see if any of the third-party app markets have Borders Ebooks available for download. The Borders website doesn't seem to have any way to download the app from them. I wish you luck finding it.

I believe the Borders eReader is called "Kobo"

I have an app in my phone called Borders eBooks from BordersOnline. Maybe it is a rip-off, not sure.
