HTC Droid Eris — Update Released For Droid Eris

Douglas Carter	Update Released For Droid Eris created on Mar 4, 2011 1:57:28 PM News site are sending out word that the Droid Eris is getting an update (not FroYo) to fix some issues with the handset. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last official update the Droid Eris gets from Verizon. Some of the things it is supposed to fix include the SMS/MMS bug, bluetooth connections, improvements to the displayed cellular signal strength received, microsoft apps fixes, and improved twitter support. ----- Recommended reading for new AndroidPIT members!
