guys I found that I'm so noob using Android system T_T

I can't even enter the market!

I have 2 stupid question here,

1)

I was trying to sign in google account to enter the market
but everytime after i typed everything to sign up
It ended with 'Have problems when communiting with google' something like that..
Is it problem of Google? or my phone?
I just bought it, it should not be phone's problem
and i can surf the web too, so it's not connection problem

2)

Is there any way to download android app & games without using the phone?
I mean,
use computer to download it, and transfer to my phone.

Thx for reading =)

Are you sure, you are connected to the internet?

Where do you live, what phone do you have, and who is your carrier? With that information I should be able to narrow down what could be behind the problem.

I have the same problem.
I can connect to the Internet through the browser but I'm unable to connect to the Android Market through the Android Market app on my phone.

I'm from India, but I don't think that's the problem because all of my friends here have access to the Android Market.

Is it necessary to have a Wifi or 3G connection to register with the Android Market? Or is a GPRS connection enough?

Is your provider in India Vodafone? If so, I've seen a lot of people complain about their GPRS service being routed through proxy servers, which somehow doesn't let you use GPRS with apps.

Other Indian providers seemed to be better in this respect or you'll have to pay more to use Vodafone Mobile Connect
