I think they have very similar internals except that the G-Slate will have HSPA+ and a smaller screen than Samsung's 10.1 Tab. I have little interest in tablets, i think. Unless I got one for free somehow.
These kind of questions are very open to different interpretations. Maybe if you tell us what features are most important to you, we could give some better advice.
