I am looking for a specific app

Hi there. I am looking for an app just like a to do like where you enter lists, but when you check it off to state that it has been completed, it will record the time of completion and creates a log, where you can print it to a word document at the end of day.
Reason for this app.
I work as a delivery driver and I can enter all my destinations and at the end of day it will tell me my drivers time log. And it will tell me how long it takes me from job A to job B and so on. It will also let me know how long I spend at each destination.

Much appreciated if anyone has this type of app.

Actually, I think you may be in luck because I just wrote about an app that does just that (minus one part)! The new Google Maps 5.3 update allows you to track how much time you spend at certain locations and it saves that information. I don't know if you can print it out but you can certainly take notes on it.
