Backing Up The EVO to Lap Top?

What do I need to copy to my laptop from the SD card to allow me to store my current EVO operating system and apps? I have Titanium and have copyed the file from its folder to my laptop and I have Clockworksmod and have copied the folder to laptop too. Will these cover me if I needed to restore everything?

If you have a backup system you know works could you share it please? Thanks!!!

HTC EVO running CM7 Rooted.

yeah but keep a fresh copy I back mines up every week to my pc
