I have tried the option where you press and hold down volume button/power button, can't find "clear cache" option on screen, trying to factory reset from that menu also doesn't work, phone still freezes for over 1 hour.
Also every time I reboot phone or remove battery I loose all last settings or any last applications installed.
Can anyone please help find a solution to fix that problem?
