T-Mobile G1 — Apps2SD available on G1 (Android 1.6) ?

John Smith	Apps2SD available on G1 (Android 1.6) ? created on May 4, 2011 10:55:59 PM I'm a beginner on Androids etc and I am getting a G1 soon. I want to get to download the Apps2SD app on the G1 so that I don't waste the internal memory on it. However, I’ve heard it blacks out the screen on Android 1.6 even if it is rooted....is this true or shall I risk it and root (using Androot) and install Apps2SD? Also, what size memory card shall I get? I've got a lot of music and wouldn't mind putting a movie or some kind of video on it so would anyone recommend more than 8GB as I thought 8GB would be enough? Thanks.
