My Samsung Galaxy S 19000 wont pass the loading screen

My phone wont pass the loading screen. After i get the loading screen with that girly S and after that just a dark screen and a phone that vibrates from time to time.

Can somebody help me please

This might be a most obvious answer, but are you sure it's totally charged? My phone does this when it's out of batteries. You also have to plug it in for at least a minute or two before you can turn it on. Otherwise, this might be some sort of defective hardware issue, in which case you'll want to contact your carrier.
