Any idea who the preferred oem brands are?
Getting updates isn't always guaranteed. I have a device which runs android 1.6 on a netbook. Although provision is made for updates nothing has come through lately and a manual download comes up with a no connection. It's probably a subtle way of telling me to move on. |

I have my transformer for a month now and the first 'update' it did was from Android 3.0 to 3.1. I didn't had to do anything for this.
A few days ago I checked my device's settings and I noticed that it had 3.2 now. So i can't complain about Asus's updates.
