GPS Doesn't Work. At All.

Keep on getting an error message. Tried calling Sprint but so far they've been unable to help. It's not that it doesn't work all the time, it doesn't work ANY of the time. I AM SO FRUSTRATED. Does anyone know how I could possibly fix this? At first I thought it was because I was holding the phone wrong, and then I thought it was because I was in a location that couldn't be tracked but now I am almost about to give up. And what really sucks is that I bought this Android phone specifically so I could use Google Maps and figure out where I was. Please help, I am at my wit's end. I need this phone to work so I can go to a friend's party tonight and not get lost. I can't believe I bought this stupid phone. I've heard people have similar problems with their Galaxies, maybe there's a similar solution? I really hope so. :(

What this means for you: for now, simply make sure you have "Use wireless networks" checked in your Galaxy S's settings under the "Location & security" menu. It won't get you the most reliable, precise location you should be entitled to, but it's a start -- and next month's round of firmware updates should hopefully take us the rest of the way.
