Why doesn't my computer recognize my Samsung Replenish?

I want to take some ring tones off my memory card but I can't do anything until my computer recognizes my phone. I've tried it on two computers, two OS (Vista Home Premium & Windows 7). Samsung couldn't figure out my problem, either.

Which Samsung model do you have? In order for your PC to recognize phone, you have to get the proper pc suit installed on your pc. e.g. Samsung Kies for Galaxy users.

Do you mean the right software drivers? I couldn't find any from the Internet or w/ help from Samsung. I have the Samsung Replenish.
