I'm having a problem changing the notification sound on my Arc. The ringtone I can change piece of cake, but with the message notification sounds, it says they're chageable but in reality it just plays the same sound over and over again. Any advice?

There should be a field in the same window as your ringtone where you can change them. Have you found it and reset it? Does it still play the same sound then?
