Tried downloading TWO (count 'em!) games from those guys and NEITHER have worked.
Brother in Arms 2- "A problem has occurred and download could not be completed successfully."
Modern Combat 2 - "Sorry, application has blah blah blah. blah blah blah."
Yup, tried contacting customer service and...nothing. Anyone have the same problem? I am ready to punch a hole in my wall.

I've never had that happen to me... Did you at least get a refund of what you paid?
