Really strange camera problem...

For some reason whenever I take a photo there is no small preview in the box next to the camera shutter button. i can browse to the DCIM folder and see a pic but when I open one it is a blank screen other than the slideshow or menu. I am so clueless as to how this happened or what to do

this sounds like a problem with the SD card. You should format it ...
