Just found out about the site... stumbled on a blog post about "Google does not make us stupid" and Harvard researchers input on a recent article in "The Atlantic".

Android Pit seems well-designed and there's lots going on, so I'm looking forward to sinking in. If any of you have android apps of your own, you'd like to share, please send me a message or a tweet at @brad5patterson, and I have one SnaPanda English dictionary, a nice augmented reality approach to learning new words.
