HTC Sensation — notification bar won't reset

my pull down notification bar will not clear out. I have a message indicating a new voicemail that wont go away. listened to the voicemail and it still remains. ideas?

resets have been done.

Don't you have a delete Button in the upper right?

I have a clear button, but it doesn't work for that prompt. magically however, after two weeks, it just disappeared. I was flooded with voicemails today and that must have reset itself somehow that I cannot.

if it happens to you, try leaving a bunch of voicemails to re-trigger the normal clearing of notifications.

I had the same problem. All you do is go to to settings>call and clear voicemail notifications. As easy as that!
