defenitly not, it's for Tablets only. But there will be a version called Icecream witch is for both.

icecream? hmmm, sounds neat. will I have to pay for it? can I download it from their website or will tmo do an automatic update?

It probably won't be released over the air to your Tmo phone, but I bet there will be a free download available at XDA when the time comes..
