It's insane but for some reason I have been unable to find ANY rooting information for this phone online.

OMG I have been looking too for days!!!!! The only thing I've gotten so far is viewing the files system with Winscp, but I can't add/delete/rename because I don't have permission..uggghhh! If anyone finds out anything PLEASE email me xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com

Check out the link below for a easy root method....Worked for me.You will need the correct drivers installed and the android SDK setup to use ADB.
