Phone Vibrates During Conversation When I Receive a Text

OK, so I've noticed this really annoying thing. So when my phone is set to vibrate and I receive a text message my phone vibrates like crazy EVEN WHILE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CALL!!!! It's extremely annoying and the other person on the line thinks that I'm in the middle of an earthquake.

Has anyone else had this problem or am I going crazy?
