How Do I Find Out If I am in the Top 5% of users in bandwith?

Marcel Jennings	How Do I Find Out If I am in the Top 5% of users in bandwith? created on Aug 1, 2011 6:23:45 PM So everyone is talking about Verizon and AT&T throttling the unlimited data plans for the most active users, but how do I know that I am in that category??
