in the top left hand coner of my htc chacha there is a blue box with a exclamation mark in it . I dont know what it means and dont know how to get rid of it can anyone help ?

Mine is the same too, only came on today and i dont know how to get it off

Take your battery off and it will dissapear :)

This is a bug in the firmware for the handset apparently. As the last poster said take the battery out while the phone is still running and it should correct itself. This isn't a fix for all but some have said it has worked for them. But its also just a cosmetic error meaning it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the phone. They will most likely address this in the next firmware update.

i just turned my phone off and turned it back on and it dissapeared, hope thats helpful.
