Android Table - Full Screen or Application Boot on Load

I am in the process of writing an application for my tablet that I need to be full screen and with access to all the buttons and functions disabled so they are unable to exit the application. This application will not be up for sale, but I will be installing it on my own applications hanging on the wall where I don't want anyone else to be able to access anything except the application even even after restart. I can't seem to find anything about this so I was hoping someone could help point me in the correct way.

Try searching for child lock type apps, and ask around any of the developers of those. I would start with the developer of Smart Lock, http://www.nightshadelabs.com/2010/03/smart-lock-released-in-android-market.html try asking him how to get started.
