i did reset my SGS and after that i didn't get any signal, also i try another SIM but also not working

try to add your service provider access point manually... i think data loss on network setting after you did factory reset...

I would google your APN settings. So depending on what carrier you have, google (carrier name) APN, then that data goes into settings>wireless>mobile networks>access point names. Hit the menu button and add APN.

Check imei (15 numbers) number of your phone (by *#06# in dialer) witch is shown on the box. Mainly those errors appear when phone can't identify in the network. Check your backups of the system though efs folder that contains your imei number is usually not backed up and you have to back up it manually.
