handwritten japanese characters translation application

i'm looking for a translator application, for japanese (chinese ) characters. input by the user should be handwritten. it should work similar to this website:
http://kanji.sljfaq.org/
so the user writes a character by hand, then it is recognized by the application, and a translation is given.
the problem is that this website can't be used from mobile phones, because it can't detect the handwriting. so i would probably need an application.
