Need An app that can read my SMS

Looking for an app that could read my SMS out loud to me while I am working or driving for example. Anyone know of any good ones? Can I get the Android Text-to-Speech to do it? I know that there has got to be a way.

Do you also need to be able to dictate text messages while driving?

This is supposed to keep you safe while you're driving. I think it will work.

yeah but the text-to-speech capability isn't enough. you need an app to make it all work and use that feature for this particular issue.

Just use Vlingo. The safe reader function alone is just one of the many reasons that you'll find it useful. Trust me.
