Orange Boston- Need help urgently!

Ok so here's the deal. Recently I set myself the security question on my Orange Boston android phone, and I forgot the answer to said security question. I know what my patter lock is though, so if anyone knows how I can get away from the security question screen, or somehow reset my phone, then please help me out! Cheers

Which phone do you have? Are you talking about your SIM card password or some other kind of password? Have you tried contacting Orange?

No, the problem is not the PIN, I know that and can get in, but I cannot access the home screen because of the "security" question which I had set a while ago but have forgotten the answer to. I have not yet tried to contact Orange as I don't have the time and if there is a way to go about solving the problem myself then that would be much more convenient for me.
