We can't provide you with a software update as we are not your provider, however, if you discribe the problem in a little more detail I'll see if I can't give you some advice. What do you mean "Call out and in not working"? Do you mean you can't recieve or place calls? What happens when you try?

I can not hear the person I have dialled but they can hear me. Since this activity and having reviewed on line comments, I have switched the phone off then on and all has come good, therefore suspect software issue.

Glad to hear that the issue resolved itself. But that is the great trick to every device problem. Turn it off and on and it often corrects itself!
