I think it's normal for the phone to get hot sometimes when it's browsing or playing a demanding game. If it burns your skin to touch then you might want to try shutting off the power for a bit and re-booting it.

Don't worry this is normal. We literally get 2-3 posts about this a day.
Case in point http://www.androidpit.com/en/android/forum/thread/437594/Samsung-Galaxy-S2-my-phone-suddenly-got-hot But don't worry modern smartphones get hot, but they are also designed to do that. Like Steven said, if you think its too hot give it a rest for a little while and let it cool down but it doens't mean your phone is about to explode.
