To have apps from android market downloaded, you should get root access, to do it, you should do next steps:
1. Download USB drivers (There http://www.rapidshare.ru/2731033(At first connect Playtab 2 to PC, then unzip this archive, and when it'l ask you for drivers for it, manually point to this unziped folder) Also don't forget to do Settings --> Applications --> Development --> USB debugging (Green Checkmark))
2. Download Tasselhof RootScript (There http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17866659/Tasselhof-RootScript.rar)
3. Unarchive it and run !RUN-ME-Tasselhof-RootScript.bat
4. Chose optin 1, if it shows some numbers as 123456789ABCDEF, then it is allright, if there is no numbers like that, then you have downloaded wrong usb driver for Playtab 2 OR u forgot to set up Debug USB menu in Playtab 2 OR u downloaded wrong version of RootScript. I dunno, there might be some other problems of this type, but never mind.
5. Power off your playtab 2, then hold "Power on" button + "Sound -" button, there will appear some droid in the centre of screen, so you could stop to hold the buttons and go to the next step:
6. Run option 3 and then option 4.
7. (Optional, but VERY VERY VERY userful) to install some overclock .apk's. There is problem with wrong factury overclock in Playtab 2, because of it, it is lagging, it is to be 800 MGhz oveverclocked, but some "Smart" guys on factury changed it up to 1000. To have it work rightly you are to change it down to 800 MGhz. To do this use some overclock .apk's (I am using OverclockWidget.apk (http://androiddev.orkitra.com/download/apps/?appid=-378965721879466868))

Well, it is to be done, some way like that.
